FMC reviews 26 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 26 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from 25 Logistics & Solutions, Torrance, Calif. (Hyunmee Lee, treasurer); Absolute Worldwide Logistics, Baltimore, Md. (John E. Hart, president); Pacific Express, Torrance, Calif. (Vaidas Vaitkevicius, president); R.V. Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Shelly Y. Seong, director); SJ Logistics America, Englewood, N.J. (Jeong Keol “Jay” Seo, secretary); and Top Express (USA) Group, South San Francisco, Calif. (Dean Huang, director).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Americans Worldwide Shipping, Cerritos, Calif. (Ki J. Seong, president); Andes Logistics USA, Miami, Fla. (Orlando F. Vivas, manager member); Latam Cargo USA, Miami, Fla. (Rigoberto J. Acosta, member); LG Export Corp., Doral, Fla. (Luis G. Leal Perez, president); and Zeny Express U.S.A., Jamaica, N.Y. (Wang Zhan Feng, manager).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Best 4 Shipping, Jamaica, N.Y. (Omolara Omotosho, chief executive officer); GLS Logistics Solutions, Doral, Fla. (Adelaida M. Echanique, managing member); Marine Forwarding Co. of Virginia, Virginia Beach, Va. (Lana A. Ponsonby, member); and WD Global Logistics Corp., Compton, Calif. (Woon Dong Huh, president).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from ADM Logistics, Decatur, Ill. (Jeffrey S. Barney, vice president); Benison Transport, Fort Lee, N.J. (Sook Hee Lee, president); City Ocean International, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Yushow A. Lin, assistant secretary); Fred E. Gignoux, Portland, Maine (Brenda Costello, vice president); H.E. Global, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Orit Horn, president); Savino Del Bene U.S.A., Jamaica, N.Y. (Domenica Naranjo, vice president); Tazmanian Freight Forwarding, Middleburgh Heights, Ohio (Kristine K. Wolf, vice president of international); and Temma Freight Logistics, Miami, Fla. (Mary C. Daniels-Posada, chief operating officer); for a name change to Necotrans USA from Advanced Maritime Transports, Houston, Texas (Michael Robinson, secretary); for deletion of trade Pacific Anchor Line Group from Euro Cargo Express, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Barbara Hiebendahl, secretary); and for a business structure change Todd Marine Services from Richard Todd, New York, N.Y. (Richard Todd, member).
