FMC reviews 27 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 27 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Gwinnett Shipping & Receiving, Norcross, Ga. (Won A. An, manager); King Solomon Logistics, South Richmond Hill, N.Y. (Bernard Hollingsworth, president); KY Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Yau Fung Ling, president); Master Logistics, Roslyn, N.Y. (JingLu Tsai, president); New Marine Consolidator, City of Industry, Calif. (Min-Wu “Winnie” Yen, secretary); Prolog Services, Houston (Stanley A. Egbo, president); Rhino Moving, Deerfield Beach, Fla. (Yoel Kegnovich, president); Sealand Freight, Houston (Walid M. Hattab, chief executive member); and Straight Forwarding, City of Industry, Calif. (Yi-Hsiang “Eric” Wu, president).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Aslo USA Corp., Miami (Robert Esquivel, president); Caribbean Forwarding, Medley, Fla. (Tibisay Tovar, manager); MNS International, Ridgewood, N.J. (Steven R. Goodglass, vice president); OTX Logistics, Miami (Harald Oechsner, president); Reece Ventures, Los Angeles (Alexander Ravich, general manager); Rescigno Logistics Group, Columbia, S.C. (Michael D. Rescigno, member); Trade Logistics Corp., Weston, Fla. (Jaime Garces, president); Tri-Crown Shipping, Douglasville, Ga. (Abimbola Badejo, member); and World Logistics, Redford, Mich. (Samar Hazime, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Rapidex USA, Somerset, N.J. (Mohamed Y. Ali, manager); Superior Freight Services, Eagan, Minn. (David L. Stark, president); and Transmark Logistics, Kent, Wash. (Rosemary Weber, vice president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from De Well Container Shipping Corp., Rosedale, N.Y. (Chang W. Kim, vice president); Kokusai Soko America, Los Angeles (Masahiro Chida, president); Optima Cargo & Logistics, Miami (Juan C. Nunez, president); and We International, Dublin, Ga. (Leanne Kwan, vice president); a trade name change from Asecomer International Corp., Miami (John O. Crespo, president); and a business structure change from Clover Systems, Miami (Holly A. Rincon, manager).
