FMC reviews 29 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 29 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 29 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from AC Export, Miami (Alvaro Castillo, member/manager); Cargo Union Co., Cypress, Calif. (Byong J. Ahn, secretary); Oldsailors Ocean Shipping, Laurel, Md. (Emmanuel T. Atte Asaah, manager); Stewart Global Logistics, Houston (Reginald Stewart, member); Stingray Trading, Miami (Diana Hamer, sole member); and TWL Express Services, Covina, Calif. (Allen Tran, director).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Cogi Logistic Solutions, Houston (Gilles Dumont, member); Hai-Wind Worldwide, Harbor City, Calif. (Fang M. Doong, president); Infinity Trans (Lax), City of Industry, Calif. (Guan-Shi “Roy” Ng, vice president); J. Verola Customs Broker and Logistics, Newark, N.J. (Justin R. Verola, president); JJB Trucking Services & Shipping, Elizabeth, N.J. (Bertha C. Triminio, member); KA Global, London, Ohio (Ross C. Kennedy, member); Manila Freight Corp., Northridge, Calif. (Lourdes Yasmin M. Perfecto, export and import manager); NCVEN Corp., Katy, Texas (Naidda Gibbon, director); Quest International Logistics, Coral Gables, Fla. (Christopher T. Hatzi, member); TCC International USA, Miami (Cecilia E. Botti, vice president); and Transatlantic Shipping Corp., West Palm Beach, Fla. (Yasmin E. Stover, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Cryoport Systems, Irvine, Calif. (Robert T. Copeland Jr., vice president); Hosford International, Erie, Pa. (Donald A. Hosford, president); and TN Americas, Washington (William S. Edwards, director of transportation).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Beluga International, Glen Burnie, Md. (Jianian Zhang, president); Harborside Logistics, Portland, Maine (Patricia Conrad, vice president); International Specialist, Boston (Michael P. Vaughan, president); Jagro Customs Brokers and International Freight Forwarders, Cranford, N.J. (Christopher P. Mury, chief executive officer); Ken Hamanaka Co., El Segundo, Calif. (Bridget Hamanaka, president); Noble Shipping Corp., Monterey Park, Calif. (Judy Awana, chief executive officer); RTW Logistics, Carson, Calif. (Robert J. Cardoza, vice president); and Savant Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders, New York (Olga L. Concepcion, president); and for the addition of trade name Greensea from North American General Agents, Tampa, Fla. (Howard S. Posner, president).
