FMC reviews 29 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 29 license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Agex, San Pablo, Calif. (Alexander Golovets, president); C&C Group, Miami (Claudia Quintero, president); Hanseatic Moving Services, Hoboken, N.J. (Sven Schuemann, managing member); Kemka USA, South Plainfield, N.J. (Hsiang 'Rita' Y. Hsiao, member); Omega Relocations, Hialeah, Fla. (Eyal Aviani, vice president); and The Right Move, College Park, N.Y. (Michal Franklin, president).

   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Americargo Express, Doral, Fla. (Natalia Diaz, president); Asencomex, Doral, Fla. (Juan P. Constain, general manager); Life Cargo, Doral, Fla. (Sergio S. Leao, president); Olubayo O. Bamisaye, Baltimore (Olubayo O. Bamisaye, sole proprietor); Omega Access Services, Baltimore (Ilionele E. Okojie, director); One Source Logistics, Grapevine, Texas (Michael R. Carr, vice president); R.N. Orane USA, Evergreen, Colo. (David R. Knodle, president); Rounders Logistics, Mulberry, Fla. (William J. McCarthy, general manager); Tulair International Corp., Jamaica, N.Y. (Gulay Oguzcan, president); and Zai Cargo, Doral, Fla. (Horacio Zapata, president).

   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from All States Transport, Springfield, Mass. (Christopher J. Kingston, vice president of the international division); American Freight Transport, Pendleton, N.Y. (Mark E. Oehm, vice president); Ever Best Logistics USA, Flushing, N.Y. (QiJie Sun, vice president); Ferm Cargo, Miami (Caroline Jessimy, president); Global Transshipping, Miami (Gus Mojica, president); and Harold Smith, Inwood, N.Y. (Harold Smith, sole proprietor).

   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from American Global Logistics, Atlanta (Chad Rosenberg, chief executive officer); Exel Transportation Services, Dallas (Michael F. Hampel, vice president of international operations); Kuehne + Nagel, Jersey City, N.J. (Peter Hofmann, regional vice president ' Northeast); Mega Supply Chain Solutions, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. (Carlos Verduzco, vice president); and Unique Logistics International, Jamaica, N.Y. (Ri H. Mawhinney, assistant secretary). The agency received application for trade name change from CoscoEx, Montebello, Calif. (David Fernandez, treasurer); and for a license transfer from JDB Logistics, Sarasota, Fla. (Karen L. Ambrosia, president).
