FMC reviews 35 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 35 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Cirrus International, Karachi, Pakistan (Umar F. Kazi, chief executive); Flo Logistics, League City, Texas (Bradley Louden, managing member); Intorvolca Logistic, Miami (Javier A. Volcanes, manager/member); Leon Export & Import Services, Miami (Celia Leon, president); Nostrum Freight, Scotch Plains, N.J. (Maria D. Rodriguez Del Real, member); NRL Logistics for International Shipping & Transport Services, Cairo, Egypt, Hany Boshra, chairman); Sigma Trade Logistics Corp., Miami (Joseph R. Caceres, president); Si-Log USA, New York (Francesco Santori, member/manager); Transworld Logistics Group, Piscataway, N.J. (Ziad Barghash, president); Uniway Freight Service, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Ying Fang “Yuki” Yu, director); Worldwide Export International, Hialeah, Fla. (Maria I. Garrido, president); and Zavcor Trucking, Stevensville, Canada (Frederick L. Cratt, vice president). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from CMK Logistics Corp., Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Christine M. Kim, chief executive officer); Final Mile Logistics, Atlanta (Paul Gentzke, vice president); Global Concepts Group, Inglewood, Calif. (Ali Tafaghodi Timaji, president); LF Freight (West), Santa Fe Springs, Calif. (Scott R. Ornstein, vice president); Madi Auto Sales and Shipping, Oldsmar, Fla. (Iman Safa, secretary); Puerto Pireo Corp., Miami Beach, Fla. (Federico M. Rocha, vice president); Ranahan Solutions, Houston (Ryan C. St. Clair, chief marketing officer); Savant Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders, New York (Leonard Satz, president); Universal Relocations, Alpharetta, Ga. (Sai Baba V. Dattani, president); and ZM Logistics, Miami (Vicente Memoli, managing member).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from ADN Logistics Group, Miami (Lourdes P. Goderich, member); ATI Global Cargo, Miami (Alina M. Herrera, president); Mid Atlantic Logistics Unlimited, Columbus, Ohio (Justin D. Carter, assistant secretary of the board); and Starck Industries, Burgettstown, Pa. (Steven Starck, president). 
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from DMG Logistics, Edison, N.J. (Frank S. Molfetta, president); Miragrown Logistics Corp., Torrance, Calif. (Reyna Ruiz, secretary); and North American Logistics, Barrington, Ill. (Shawn T. Cummings, president); for addition of trade names from I.T.N. Consolidators, Miami (Juan A. Garcia, vice president) for ITN Worldwide; Industrial Connections, Itasca, Ill. (Steven J. Meng, president) for IC-Shipping; and Oceanic Container Line, Staten Island, N.Y. (Kenny W. Whitman, president) for Share Logistics USA; for a transfer from FM Shipping, Westminster, Calif. (Ryan A. Mashaqi, chief executive officer) to FM Cargo Shipping; for a business structure change from Pointer Int’l Forwarders, Inc., Doral, Fla. (Maria A. Ramos, member manager) to Pointer Int’l Forwarders LLC; and for a name change from Royal Global Express, Fullerton, Calif. (James E. Barkley, vice president) to Royal Global Express Inc.
