FMC reviews 49 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 49 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review. 
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ABF Global Supply Chain, Fort Smith, Ark. (Carlos Martinez-Tomatis, division vice president); Action Cargo Transport, Carolina, Puerto Rico (Jose E. Del Cueto, president); AIT Ocean Systems, Itasca, Ill. (Hessel B. Verhage, vice president); K-Link Logistics, El Monte, Calif. (Linh Vien, chief executive officer); Ly Global, Springfield Gardens, N.Y. (Hyun J. Kim, secretary); Prime Logistics, Houston (Susan Wong, treasurer); PSP Logistics, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Young Kyu Park, president); RS Shipping, San Gabriel, Calif. (Xue “Shanna” J.
