The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received six ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license application from B&C Luxury Auto in Newark, N.J. (Sergiu Bejenari, president).
The agency also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from FH Interamerica in Laredo, Texas (Francisco J. Fernandez Morelos-Zaragoza, secretary), and International Logistics USA in Miami (Graciela Crespo, secretary).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Morrison Express Corp. (U.S.A.) in El Segundo, Calif. (Neungho Shin, regional operations director), and Concept Cargo Freight & Logistics in Miami (Milton Rocha, director); and for a name change from NEC Logistics America in Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Takahashi Kazuhiko, president) to Nippon Express NEC Logistics America.
