The FMC received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license application from Besco Shippers, Philadelphia (Ludlow A. Harding, president); and Quantum Freight Logistics, Los Angeles (Henry Ho, president).
The agency also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Global Holdings Group Corp., Miami (Gustavo Belgrano, president); Shelter Int, Fernandina, Fla. (Andrew Ciccarone, member); and Sierra Cargo, Houston (Moataz Kesba, manager); and an ocean freight forwarder license application from Global Shipping Co., Cincinnati (Danny McKee, member).
In addition, the FMC agency also received an application for changes to a qualifying individual from Hyundai Logistics (USA), La Mirada, Calif. (Gino J. Choi, vice president); and Neutral Sea, Doral, Fla. (Alexander Tellez, president).
