The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received nine license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Gulf Premier Logistics, Houston (Dee Chase-Unno, vice president); J.B.R. Marine, City of Industry, Calif. (XiuJi Zhang, president); Simple Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Hea Seong Jeong, president); and Worldwide Cargo Services, Lawrence, N.Y. (Scott Halfon, treasurer).
The agency also received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from American Red Ball International, Seattle (Beverly Franklin, chief financial officer); American Vanpac Carriers, Seattle (Beverly Franklin, chief financial officer); Atlas Van Lines International Corp., Seattle (Beverly Franklin, assistant secretary); and Victory Van Corp., Alexandria, Va. (Stephen L. Henegar, vice president); and for a license transfer from Dynasty CHB, East Boston, Mass. (Dawn Lowry, president).
