G6 moves service string from Maher Terminal

Hapag-Lloyd said the G6 Alliance’s New York Express, or NYE, service is relocating to the New York Container Terminal on Staten Island from Maher Terminal effective with the arrival of the Hyundai Dynasty Thursday.
The company said the switch was being made “in response to the Maher terminal congestion issues. This action will both safeguard the NYE service performance and assist in improving the situation at Maher terminal.”
