   Ocean carriers Maersk Line, CMA CGM and Hapag-Lloyd issued general rate increases.
   Maersk Line will increase rates from the United Arab Emirates, and various locations in India including Agra; Ahmedabad; Amingaon; Ankleshwar; Aurangabad, Maharashtra; Baroda; Faridabad; Gurgaon, Haryana; Hyderabad; Jaipur; Jawaharlal Nehru; Jodhpur; Kandla; Kanpur; Kota; Loni; Ludhiana; Moradabad; Mundra; Nagpur; Panipat; Pipavav; Pithampur; Rewari; Sanand; Sanehwal; Mandideep; Hazira; Thar; Raipur; Dhannad; Gautam Budhh Nagar; Startrak, Dadri; Greater Noida; New Delhi, Patparganj; New Delhi; Patli; Ratlam; Shorajpur; Piyala; Sonepat; Bhusawal; Malanpur to Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda effective April 15. Rates will increase by $200 per TEU, $400 per forty-foot container (FEU) and $400 per 40-foot high cube dry container.
   CMA CGM will increase rates from:
     • The East Coast of South America to West Africa for all cargo effective May 1. Rates will increase by $150 per container.
     • The East Coast of South America to South Africa for all cargo effective May 1. Rates will increase by $200 per TEU and $400 per FEU.
     • Asia (including Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Southeast Asia and Bangladesh) to West Africa for all cargo effective May 1. Rates will increase by $500 per TEU and $1,000 per FEU.
   Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates from:
     • East Asia to the Caribbean, the East Coast of Central America and Panama for all cargo and container types effective May 1. Rates will increase by $1,050 per TEU container and $1,500 per FEU container.
     • East Asia to Mexico, the West Coast of Central America and the West Coast of South America for all cargo and container types effective May 1. Rates will increase by $500 per TEU container and $1,000 per FEU container.
     • East Asia to North Europe and the Mediterranean for all cargoes for standard container types effective May 1. Rates will increase by $925 per TEU container, $1,750 per FEU container and $1,850 per FEU high cube container.
