Gurskis joins Parsons Brinckerhoff
Parsons Brinckerhoff said Joseph Gurskis has joined its global infrastructure consulting, engineering and construction management group as a principal in the firm's multimodal goods movement advisory practice.
Gurskis will focus on the development and delivery of freight rail and intermodal consulting services for both PB's public and private sector clients. These services will include development of state rail plans, regional freight transportation plans, and infrastructure feasibility studies for private clients. He will be based at PB's Herndon, Va. office.
Gurskis joins PB with more than 30 years management and consulting experience in Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Latin America and the Middle East.
