Higgins plans warehouse in eastern Pennsylvania
Higgins Development Partners has purchased an 85-acre tract at Arcadia North Business Park in Coolbaugh Township in eastern Pennsylvania, from Arcadia Properties.
Higgins, which has offices in Morristown, N.J., plans to develop a build-to-suit warehouse-distribution center, and said the property could support a facility as large as 1.4 million square feet.
Located on Route 611, the company said the Arcadia North Business Park can serve major Pennsylvania cities, as well as New Jersey and New York.
