High-end wheel manufacturer/distributor moves to new facility
Walnut-based wheel manufacturer Mizati Luxury Alloy Wheels Inc. said Tuesday it has closed escrow on a new warehouse and completed moving to the new facility.
The 16,000-square-foot distribution warehouse with 3,800 square feet of office space is also located in Walnut, about 40 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. Mizati paid $2.5 million for the facility. Prior to the move, the company had operated out of a leased 5,000-square-foot facility.
Mizati sells its line of high-end wheels for passenger vehicles, SUVs and trucks through 300 dealers and distributors nationwide. The firm has achieved an average annual revenue growth rate of 102 percent for the past three years, and had total revenue of $4.1 million in 2006.
