HOLT BUYS PUERTO RICO STEVEDORE
Holt Group Inc., the stevedoring and shipping group, has
acquired the stevedoring operations of Perez y Cia. de Puerto Rico, Inc. in the port of
San Juan.
Holt bought the San Juan operations through its subsidiary, San Juan
International Terminals, Inc., a major stevedore in the port of San Juan.
