ICTSI promotes Oakley to VP, engineering
Global port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc. has promoted Brian Oakley as its vice president for engineering.
Oakley joined the ICTSI Group in 2003 as an engineering consultant for Tecon Suape, S.A. in Brazil. Prior to joining ICTSI, he worked for Stevedoring Services of America as equipment director and Hutchison Port Holdings as its head of engineering for the Panama Ports Co.
Oakley will relocate to ICTSI's headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
