DOT CAMPAIGNS TO UPGRADE HIGHWAY-INTERMODAL CONNECTIONS
New Orleans-based Industrial Maritime Carriers, the project cargo specialist, will increase its bunker surcharges on all transpacific and transatlantic services, effective Jan. 9.
The new surcharge level will be $7.00 per weight ton or measurement ton for breakbulk cargo and $35 per 20-foot container or $70 per 40-footer for containerized freight.
