JDK nets Chattem in warehouse deal
JDK Real Estate, a subsidiary of Kenco, has signed a 10-year lease with Chattem, the U.S. consumer health care division of sanofi-aventis, for 689,450 square feet of warehouse space in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Chattem has taken occupancy of the facility.
JDK was represented in this transaction by Jones Lang LaSalle's Columbus, Ohio and Memphis, Tenn. offices, while Chattem was represented by JM Zell Partners of Washington. Financial terms were not disclosed.
