Kirincich leads Oswego port authority

   The Port of Oswego Authority in New York has appointed Zelko N. Kirincich to executive director.   
   He replaced Jonathan Daniels, who took over as executive director and chief executive officer of Mississippi’s Port of Gulfport in June 2013.
   Kirincich comes from the Port Authority of Tampa, where he worked from 1996 to 2013. He most recently served as the Florida port’s deputy port director and chief operating officer. Prior to that, he worked for 14 years at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
