KITTY HAWK MAKES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

   Kitty Hawk Inc. has named Pete Sanderlin vice president and general
manager of Kitty Hawk International, the company’s wet-lease freighter operation based in
Michigan, and Charles Carson vice president of global  marketing for Kitty Hawk Inc.
   Sanderlin, a retired U.S. Naval officer, brings seven years experience as
general manager and director of operations of American International Airways to his new
position.
   Carson joined Kitty Hawk in September last year with more than 20 years’ air
freight industry experience, including 13 years at Emery Worldwide.
