K&N MANAGEMENT PROMOTES SALE OF SHARES
Senior management of Swiss group Kuehne & Nagel have commenced a tour of major European financial centers to promote the placement of shares in the group to outside investors.
Executives of Kuehne & Nagel are conducting a “road show” to present the group to potential investors. The tour will include corporate presentations of the group in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.
Kuehne & Nagel recently announced a plan to sell shares in the group to finance future acquisitions, particularly in North America.
