Kuehne + Nagel leases warehouse in Cranbury, N.J.
Logistics company Kuehne + Nagel Inc has signed a five-year lease for a 443,803-square-foot building in Cranbury, N.J., near exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike.
Kuehne + Nagel will lease the building from a joint venture of Atlanta developer IDI and Rockefeller Group Development Corp. The building is located in Rockefeller Group’s Foreign Trade Zone 8A.
Kuehne + Nagel will occupy 213,299 square feet in May and an additional 230,404 square feet in September.
The newly constructed distribution facility features 36-foot clear-height ceilings, seven-inch concrete slab flooring, cross-dock configuration and significant trailer storage.
