Kuehne & Nagel opens multiuser warehouse near Paris
Kuehne & Nagel has expanded its warehousing capacities in France by opening a 23,000-square-meter warehouse in Lagny le Sec, about 15 kilometers from Charles de Gaulle airport, near Paris.
The facility was recently selected by Thomson’s consumer business unit to serve as the company’s southern Europe distribution hub.
The logistics facility can store more than 20,000 pallets and serve as the cross-dock location for distribution and reverse logistics for the high-tech industry. Kuehne & Nagel said it can combine contract logistics capabilities with freight forwarding services at the multiuser site.
