KUEHNE & NAGEL TO RESTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT

   Kuehne & Nagel will restructure its senior management this summer.
   Klaus-Michael Kuehne will remain president and delegate of the
administration board, but will be succeeded as chairman of the management
board by Klaus Herms, who has been in charge of the group’s Asia-Pacific
organization.
   Herms will be joined on the management board by existing board members
and by a number of "leading managers" from the group, Kuehne & Nagel said.
   They board members will be responsible for the development of the main
business divisions of the group —  ocean freight, air freight and
logistics (including overland transport and warehousing).
