Kyocera awards BAX Global warehouse management system contract
BAX Global has been awarded a warehouse management system contract in Hong Kong by cell phone manufacturer Kyocera Wireless Corp., expanding a long-term air freight contract between the two parties.
The new Hong Kong facility will help to streamline shipments of telephones produced in mainland China direct to Kyocera’s customers, bypassing the need for U.S. warehousing and distribution hubs, BAX Global said.
