LADEN TO BE AAEI CHAIRMAN
The board of the American Association of Exporters and Importers has elected Michael D. Laden to chairman for a two-year term, starting July 1.
Laden, director import administration and customs compliance at Target Corp., will replace Richard J. Salamone, customs manager and logistics compliance at BASF Corp.
Other officers include Graham Cassano, of Xerox Corp., vice chairman; and Katherine Terricciano, of Philips Electronics N.A., secretary/treasurer.
