Laufer Group opens at JFK

   Freight forwarder Laufer Group International has opened a JFK International Airport office.
   The office will service customers for both ocean and air and report to Martin Karczewski, director of operations. The New York air freight team, formerly at the company’s headquarters in downtown Manhattan, will now be located in the JFK facility.
   The JFK office marks the 12th U.S. office for Laufer Group. Earlier in the year, the company opened its 11th office in Memphis, Tenn.
