Legion Logistics announced Thursday that it has acquired Qontinuity Enterprises LLC, a third-party logistics brokerage based in Dandridge, Tenn.
Legion, founded in 2009, said it will grow by more than 10 percent with the acquisition. All operations will be based in Florence, Ky., where Legion is headquartered.
The announcement said the acquisition of Qontinuity was “the first step in an ongoing growth plan.”
Legion President Lacy Starling (pictured above) said, “We’ve spent the last year talking to many different companies, trying to find one that was the right fit for Legion. Qontinuity checks all the boxes. They are hardworking, ethical and knowledgeable and they bring a host of additional services to Legion that we can now offer our customers.”
