LEIF HOEGH TO ACQUIRE BALANCE OF UNICOOL’S SHARES
Leif Hoegh & Co. ASA signed an agreement Monday to buy the 50-percent
shareholding in Unicool, owned by South Africa Marine Corp.
Leif Hoegh, which already owns 49.8 percent of Unicool, will acquire the
additional shares in early January.
Unicool, through its subsidiaries Cool Carriers and Arctic Reefers,
operates a fleet of 68 vessels, of which Unicool owns 16.
