International freight forwarder and logistics provider Leman announced it acquired RSH Freight Master Limited and subsidiary Principal Freight Limited, Hounslow (Heathrow) July 1.
RSH/Principal’s air and sea expertise and stable platform in the United Kingdom will help strengthen Leman’s operations, the company said in a statement. RSH/Principal also specializes in United Kingdom and European haulage and has expertise in the transportation of pharmaceutical and healthcare supplies.
Leman expanded operations in the United States in April, when it opened its Miami, Fla. office. The company has six other offices in the United States in Sturtevant, Wis.; Bensenville, Ill.; Torrence, Calif.; Peachtree City, Ga.; Houston, Texas; and Clark, N.J.; as well as additional offices located throughout the United Kingdom, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
