LYNDEN ACQUIRES LIVINGSTON BRANCH OFFICES IN CANADA
Lynden International Logistics Co. has acquired the operations and distribution centers at four Livingston Inc. sites in Vancouver, British Columbia; Calgary, Alberta; Toronto, Ontario; and Montreal, Quebec.
The purchase includes four warehouses of 60,000 to 100,000 square feet. About 125 Livingston employees will move over to Lynden Logistics.
Lynden Logistics will provide order fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, customer invoicing and transportation management services from the new locations.
