MAERSK LOGISTICS OPENS WAREHOUSE NEAR WARSAW
Maersk Logistics has opened a new warehouse and distribution center in the town of Mszczonow, 45 kilometers southwest of Warsaw.
The new facility was opened to meet the needs of international firms that want to increase their trade in Central and Eastern Europe, Maersk Logistics said.
The location is “ideal” Maersk Logistics said, since Poland is located between Germany and Russia and borders to the Czech and Slovak republics.
Maersk said the new facility will be an important link in the company’s global supply chain.
