Maersk plans to implement a GRI on cargo from the Far East.
Maersk Line said it will implement a general rate increase for dry and reefer shipments from the Far East to the United States and Canada on Oct. 8.
The amount of the increase is $540 per TEU, $600 per FEU, $675 per high cube 40-foot container, and $760 per 45-foot container.
