Menlo leases Memphis warehouse from ProLogis
Prologis, a developer of distribution space, said Menlo Worldwide Logistics has signed a lease for 181,000 square feet near Memphis, Tenn.
Menlo will occupy the space in a distribution park near Memphis in Olive Branch, Miss. Menlo leases about 1.6 million square feet throughout North America and Europe from Prologis.
“This facility is well located for our needs in the greater Memphis area and provides high-quality distribution space which will support effective and efficient service for customers,” said Lonny Warner, Menlo's vice president of the high-tech industry group, in a statement.
