MENLO LOGISTICS EXPANDS AGREEMENT WITH NCR

   Menlo Logistics has expanded its agreement with NCR Corp. to provide
logistics services in Europe, the Mideast and Africa for the data
warehouser for financial, retail and telecommunications industries.
   Menlo has managed NCR’s North American distribution and transportation since
1995. The new agreement covers NCR’s pan-European logistics, distribution and
transportation operations.
   Under the agreement, Menlo will operate two "solution delivery centers,
which provide post-manufacturing integration, order fulfillment and refurbishing services
for NCR’s customers in Europe, the Mideast and Africa. The first SDC will be operated in
Scotland, and the second European site will be opened later. Both centers will be staffed
by Menlo employees.
   Menlo will also operate NCR’s Augsburg, Germany, warehouse, which provides
warehousing, distribution and transportation services for the Germany market.
   Menlo, a subsidiary of CNF Transportation Inc., also has logistics
operations in the Netherlands.
