MENLO LOGISTICS NAMES TWO VICE PRESIDENTS

   Menlo Logistics has promoted John Rocheleau to vice
president-controller, and Jennifer Rosenfeld to vice president-corporate
counsel.
   Rocheleau has been with the Redwood, Calif.-based logistics company
since 1994 as controller. He worked for Consolidated Freightways from 1989 to 1994,
holding positions in strategic and corporate planning and finance.
   Rosenfeld has been with Menlo since 1996.
