Momentum Transportation acquires fellow Jacksonville intermodal service provider

Jacksonville, Fla.-based logistics services provider Momentum Transportation – USA, a Landstar agency, has acquired Get Fr8 and expects to benefit from its intermodal capabilities.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Momentum Transportation – USA, a Landstar agency, has acquired Get Fr8.
Get Fr8, also located in Jacksonville, started operations in January 2014. The company specializes in logistics and intermodal services.
“The integration of Get Fr8 with the Momentum team substantially adds to our intermodal capabilities,” said Brian Putzke, Momentum Transportation’s president, in a statement.
Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
