New Breed signs $16.9 million in Inland Empire leases
New Breed Logistics recently signed two leases for Inland Empire warehouse facilities totaling more than 615,000 square feet, real estate firm CB Richard Ellis reported Wednesday.
The High Point, N.C.-based warehouse and distribution provider extended the lease for its 404,500-square-foot warehouse in Ontario for seven years, in a deal worth $11.6 million,
The second lease is for a new 210,930-square-foot facility in Fontana. The five-year lease is worth $5.3 million.
