NEW FEDEX CEO REALIGNS TOP MANAGEMENT

   Federal Express, the chief subsidiary of FDX Corp., said it will create
two new management positions when Chief Executive Officer Theodore Weise retires in
February.
   Both positions will report directly to David Bronczek, who will replace
Weise.
   Michael Ducker will become executive vice president, international, for
FedEx. Currently, he is president of the company’s Asia-Pacific division.
   David Rebholz will become executive vice president, operations and
systems support. Currently, he is senior vice president of domestic ground operations.
