NORFOLK SOUTHERN CORRECTS HOLIDAY HOURS
Norfolk Southern announced that intermodal customer service and traffic delivery would not be open on Thanksgiving Day this year. The office will be taking calls on Friday, Nov. 23, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.
The company asks that customers please note that this is a change from the original announcement, sent out Nov. 12 (IM News, Vol. 142). Local NS Intermodal Account Managers will answer further questions, the company said.
