OHL expands southern California operations
Ozburn-Hessey Logistics said it has recently signed two leases for additional warehouse space in Ontario and Fontana, Calif., totaling 250,000 square feet.
OHL now has eight buildings equaling 1.6 million square feet in Southern California. OHL operates multicustomer distribution centers in the Riverside, Ontario and Fontana areas serving more than 60 customers in the food and beverage, electronics, consumer packaged goods and restaurant supply industries.
“Southern California region is a very strategic area for OHL. As our company expands its international footprint and service offerings, we depend more heavily on our North American warehousing network solutions,” said John Peddie, senior vice president of operations with OHL. “Our California operations serve as key import and export locations and we expect to experience continued growth in this region.”
