Oiltest Inc. names Brigley president
Oiltest Inc., a provider of inspection and testing services for the marine fuel and petroleum industries, has appointed Raymond Brigley as president.
Brigley was Oiltest's chief financial officer. A chemist, Brigley began at Oiltest in 1983 as the company's first laboratory manager.
Oiltest also said it has appointed Michael Waller as senior vice president, operations, and Carl Minnis as senior vice president, sales and marketing. Both Waller and Minnis will report to Brigley.
Founded in 1981, Oiltest has testing laboratories and facilities in Roselle, N.J.; Philadelphia, Boston and Tampa, Fla., as well as affiliate laboratories worldwide. The company is based in Clark, N.J.
