Old Dominion Freight Line opened its new La Salle Service Center in Peru, Ill. this week to replace the former center in nearby Utica, Ill.
The center is located near Interstates 80 and 39.
The less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier built the new La Salle service center in response to shipment growth at the previous, smaller center, which it operated at for 10 years.
In addition to LTL services, Old Dominion offers container drayage and consolidation/deconsolidation at the La Salle service center.
