Oz and SPS partner on integrated supply chain

Oz Development, a Westborough, Mass., cloud-based application and integration service provider, and SPS Commerce, which provides on-demand supply chain management solutions, have partnered on a new cloud-based integration and supply chain solutions platform aimed at manufacturing, distribution, retail, and e-commerce companies.
The goal of the systems is to allow these companies to comply with customer shipping and logistics requirements while also integrating their new systems immediately with ERP systems like NetSuite and others.
The companies said that they have worked together since 2009 with certain suppliers to integrate existing systems and comply with retail customers’ shipping and label requirements.
Oz and SPS said they plan to build off of that relationship through a unified marketing of OzLINK and SPS Commerce’s various cloud services. OzLINK is what the companies will use to connect disparate IT systems with an organization’s ERP, warehouse management and supply chain management systems. SPS Commerce’s existing cloud-based supply chain services will help build orders and maintain relationships between customers and their suppliers, retailers, distributors, and 3PLs.
Also included in packages will be SPS’ Retail Universe, a social supply chain network designed to help its 40,000 members form new business partnerships based on product and integration requirements.
Minneapolis-based SPS Commerce has achieved 44 consecutive quarters of increased revenues, the company added.
