Palm Beach seeks bids for improvement projects
The Port of Palm Beach has issued a request for bids for a new warehouse and gate project and repaving and refinishing the cargo area at the South Gate Complex.
Prospective bidders have until January 9 to submit proposals for the work. The warehouse and gate package includes demolition of the existing site paving and structures, and construction and paving of new guard booth areas, including lighting and security equipment, and two-story office building. The work on the new cargo area will include paving and related area improvements.
Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid conference at the port engineering department in Riviera Beach on November 28 at 2 p.m.
