Pharma logistics specialist expands in N.C.

LEMAN, a Denmark-based third-party logistics services provider that specializes in pharmaceuticals, will open a new branch office in Charlotte, N.C. on Nov. 1.

   LEMAN, a Denmark-based third party logistics services provider that specializes in pharmaceuticals, will open a new branch office in Charlotte, N.C., on Nov. 1.
   It will be the company’s eighth U.S. office. LEMAN opened a branch office in Miami last year.
   “North Carolina has one of the fastest growing populations and economies in the country, and Charlotte is a strategically important location within the industry,” said Thomas Krøyer, chief executive officer of the LEMAN Group, in a statement. “Furthermore, the state of North Carolina and surrounding states have significant import/export trade with both Europe and Asia.”
