PITNEY BOWES PICKS DANZAS FOR SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICES
Pitney Bowes, Inc., a $4.1 billion provider of mail and document management solutions, has contracted with Danzas, a provider of logistics services and a unit of Deutsche Post World Net, for Danzas to handle Pitney Bowes’s worldwide supply chain management services.
As part of the multiyear pact, Danzas will manage Pitney Bowes’s worldwide air and ocean traffic, direct its North American import brokerage operations, and manage warehouse services at JFK airport in New York and at Milton, in the U.K.
Pitney Bowes is based in Stamford, Conn. Danzas has its headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
