Port of Portland attracts multi-tenant DC
The Port of Portland, Ore., said it has negotiated a 55-year lease for 22 acres of Rivergate industrial district property to Oregon-based Bybee Lake Logistic Center LLC, for a new warehouse and distribution center.
The planned development includes a 440,000-square-foot, multi-tenant distribution and logistics building. Construction is scheduled to begin in July and finish in March 2006.
