PORT OF VANCOUVER USA NAMES CARLL MARKETING MANAGER
The Port of Vancouver USA has named Arthur T. Carll as the port's marketing manager, reporting to Dan Loughney, port director of operations.
Carll was the owner and president of 3B's Transportation Co., based in Lewiston, Idaho, where he managed four divisions at 3B's including marine terminal operations, trucking and warehouse distribution.
