ProLogis raises $1 billion
Large warehouse developer ProLogis has raised about $1 billion through the sale of 152 million common shares in a public offering at a price of $6.60 per share.
The company said it plans to use the funds raised to reduce borrowings and general corporate purposes.
ProLogis is a leading global provider of distribution facilities, with more than 475 million square feet of industrial space.
